I&#039;m very glad to see you once again posting on-line. I have missed your pics and comments and check almost every day to see if you&#039;ve posted something new. Glad to have you communicating once more. Hope it becomes regular now that you are commencing your student activities.

Nice dumpling photo. Very yummy. My son in Shanghai gets so much great chinese food that I&#039;m terribly jealous even though we&#039;ve had more than half a dozen new Asian restaurants open up in little ol&#039; State College in the past year. But the quality is not comparable, especially to what you are getting in Chengdu.

My wife is just back from a visit to Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand though, so I&#039;m expecting a home cooking Asian upgrade shortly.

Best of luck with your ever unfolding experiment in a life transplanted in China.
